IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
COVID SPRING BOOSTERS 2024:
Please refrain from contacting the surgery regarding your Spring COVID booster unless you have received an official invitation. St. David's Clinic will commence vaccinating all individuals aged 75 and over, as well as severely immunosuppressed patients, starting from April 1st, 2024. Eligible patients will receive invitations in the coming weeks. Thank you for your cooperation.
URGENT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS
Due to the increasing numbers of patients requesting their prescriptions on an urgent basis, St David's Clinic has implemented an Urgent Prescription Policy to ensure efficient management of medication requests whilst minimising the risk of errors.
Unless urgent prescription requests are deemed as such by our pharmacist or Duty GP, requests will be processed routinely. If deemed urgent, we aim to process requests promptly but cannot guarantee same-day turnaround. A text notification will be sent once the request has been processed.
If you forget to obtain a repeat medication, contact your pharmacy for assistance under the Urgent Provision of Repeat Medication Service or call 111 for guidance.

Call NHS 111 (Option 2)
You can call NHS 111 and select Option 2 if you or someone you know needs urgent mental health care, but it's not life threatening.
Mental Health 111 (Option 2) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is free to call from a mobile (even when the caller has no credit left) or from a landline.
The 111 Option 2 service can help you if:
- you have an existing mental health problem and your symptoms get worse
- you experience a mental health problem for the first time
- someone has self-harmed but it does not appear to be life threatening, or they're talking about wanting to self-harm
- a person shows signs of possible dementia
- a person is experiencing domestic violence or physical, sexual or emotional abuse
